We absolutely love it. We were given a swing that was just trash. It was fisher price, so we got a different swing from same company. Easy to put together, and you can plug in or use batteries. It's absolutely great. And my son has taken more naps today in it than he has without a swing!!
My daughter wouldn't sit in anything.. A Mama-Roo, a bouncer.. etc. She screamed her head off in everything we tried. We bought this swing and she LOVES it. She will sit in it forever and not whine. We can finally sit down to dinner without holding her in our arms. Seriously, you new mommas who aren't sure what to invest in... I'm telling you invest in this swing!! It's worth it. I will say it's a bit of a space taker upper, but still worth it!
I was swing shopping and had already purchased a simple swing by Graco but made the mistake of not selecting one that have a lot of features. Came across this one and at first, I thought I would not like it but I fell inlove with it and my 1 month old seems to like it too. It has all the different volume for the music. The only thing is, the music will go off on its own and I Can't seem to find a timer for it but other than that, It's very quiet and I LOVE that I can turn the swing either way to his comfort.
Our baby loved this until she was about 5 months old. She never really liked the swing motion but the rocking motion tended to help get her down for her naps. She hasn't ever really been a long napper, so she normally napped in it for 30 minutes and occasionally she would sleep for an hour and a half. It says the weight limit is 25lbs but to discontinue use when the baby is very active and begins trying to climb out...my baby had been trying to climb out since 3 months old so we really only used it after she was asleep from that point. But she won't even nap in it anymore so it has been put in storage to be passed to the next baby in our family.
Love this swing and that it plugs in. Baby boy can swing in it for as long as he wants without worrying about the batteries running out. He seems to be pretty comfy in it. The speeds and sounds are nice because you can select what suits your little one. The material is also very soft for baby.
