I bought this to replace a different bath thermometer for my second child. This works quickly and my older child thinks it's a bath toy. Would definitely recommend!
Exactly what I expected. The sting ray is cute and works great. The only negative is there is no on/off switch, so I take the battery out when not in use.

So my nephew was staying with me and was running a high temperature, so did my best to treat him while my sister was gone for the week. But one thing that I didn't know until recently was how to give him a bath, and my sister was adamant that I give him a bath at the right temperature of a lukewarm 102 degrees.I didn't have anything to measure the temperature of the water with, so I bought this product off of Prime to try it out.Well, it works! It was able to tell me the correct temperature and whether the water was too hot or too cold for a child. It also doubles as a bath toy which my nephew loves. It's made of some durable material that can withstand the throws and chews of a toddler.It's also pretty handy in that it's able to take the ambient temperature as well.Reliable product at a great price, and even though I personally don't need to measure the bath temp as often, it's a great toy for my nephew.
